Do not wear Shoes while in good sandy beach,wet shoes will gather sand particle in your shoes and will make heavy and it will create trouble. the salt water is good for your leg also.Better have bear foot running after that u can wash and wear shoes.

Make sure not many dogs are on the shore because you do so many stops when you spot a dog that chases the joggers early morning,:)

Jogging is one of the best exercise our body needs. I always start my day jogging on the beach early in the morning and it feels great.
