For 2 years I was one of the voices in a radio show in my region. It was in a small radio station and the show was made with a group of friends. I suggest you that you present a project of radio show with some friends to some local radio stations. Try to make a serious and very detailed project. And if you ever get the oportunity be confident of yourself and do it as if you had done it during your whole life. For voice acting I agree with Kenneth. Your goal is to get your voice indexed in one or diverse voce banks in your language. You can search at the internet for production companies, radio and tv stations, and voice and acting agencies. There are websites related to voiceovers in different languages, you can search if there's one in yours and get information from there. I wish you good luck!
