It appears this is not to active but that is ok. I do work with children and yes I guessing working at a school we do teach and after school tutoring. I am very happy when a child that I work with is learning. You look in their eyes and see that they really are excited with that extra attention and extra care we are giving.

When I teach students who are studying engineering mechanics of cars and motorcycles, a variety of educational backgrounds congregated there, on average they do not have the educational background of engineering, then I think how am I to talk, but can be understood by all students. For example I explained about the Horse Power, 1 HP = 76 kgm / sec means that 1 HP = 76 kg load moving in the distance of 1 meter in 1 second, then I explain if your legs can kick a bag of rice weighing 76 kg, and moves within 1 meter / second, then the legs you have the energy equal to force a ponytail. The mission was successful and the students were happy.

If you love children, have loads of patience and understand children then it is easier to teach them. Armed with a degree does NOT mean you are qualified to teach children. You first need to LOVE them. Without love in your heart for children you will not be able to teach effectively. If you love your students, they will love you in return and eventually do well. Most of all be patient with a student who is not doing well in class. Continuously Motivate and Praise that student. Every child deserves praise, every child deserves to do well and feel good about himself / herself. Never scold a child harshly in front of everyone. Take that child aside and speak to him.

young children are born with a range of skills many of which they can learn by home tutoring. Learning is a fantastic adventure and improvement can be measured in relation to yourself instead of others. www.homeschoolsource.co.uk is a wonderful resource for children
