I love to relax and de-stress. Love yoga and soft music to listen to. I am planing to start taken Tai Chi classes. I have heard that Tai Chi is very relaxing and de-stressing. Have anyone took Tai Chi Classes before? Is it relaxing and rewarding.
4Give yourself a massage. Self massage is very effective at reducing the pain from muscles that tighten when stressed. Ask someone to give you one if you feel you cannot do this effectively yourself. 5Clear your mind.If there are stressing thoughts pestering you even in your quite moments give yourself a break from them even if just a minute or two. Do this by focusing on some very narrowly. Form a picture, or a sound, or a smell in your mind. spend some time for your self to relax morning and evening by laying down on floor.........dont keep books or external thoughts, internal thoughts to over take your mind at that time. close your eyes and think about your lovely childhood days...........:) what else gonna give you pleasure other than this? i`m sure this`ll gonna work work for ever one. :)
