Hello, I will be traveling by Car in Romania first week in july. Tips, hints, and suggestions are welcome. I prefer the countryside and smaller cities. My plan is to sleep in my tent at camping sites but also to find private rooms or small pensions along the way. After Romania I'll visit Bulgaria and most of the balkan countries on my way home. To me the travel is the goal :-)
Suceava, a region famous for its medieval monasteries, its amazing landscapes, especially in countryside, and its lovely people. Accomodation is everywhere, not expensive, all you need for a nice trip is a good car and a plenty of time. People in this region understand English, some of them French and German. Enjoy it when you are here and ask for more advice if you consider coming here! Claude.
