check http://koenji.seesaa.net the cheapest accomo in central tokyo,, the whole town is like toybox with old culture and sub culture, each district has own character ! not only shibuya, Harajuku, asakusa hey!

Don't forget the Salmon Festival. Many salmon return to the rivers here to spawn. Hachinohe has a great SalmonFest at this time.

Japan is very nice country. I went for traning in 2007, around 2 months. I stayed in Tokyo and used to go to many place, such as Kyoto, Osaka and Minamata. Transpotation, food and many thing were amazing. People whom I contacted was very nice too. Till now, I wish to go to Japan again.

Kyoto is one of my all time favorite places to visit. I have been there many times during my life time and each time I discover something new. There are still many places within the city that I have yet to explore....and food from Kyoto...Kyoto style cooking/preparing is skillful, artful and delicious.....I love kaiseki ryori.... I love Kyoto tsukemono...and I love wagashi from Kyoto!!!! It is a must visit (and eat) place when in Japan!
