The Tourists go to Temple Bar area but the locals go South Great Georges Street.Try the Globe & The Village.Many people like Baggot Street as well.

There's no other place i'd rather be than at half a dozen places in cork city I miss living their too! I've never felt more at home than when i lived their!

Dublin was great and it was well worth doing a tour of all of Ireland. I did a tour with Paddywagon, and although it wasn't perfect, we saw many parts of Ireland, and information, and was the cheapest way to see everything in a short time. I would recommend the trip to anyone, and found that its wasn't so much a holiday, more of an experience, and I learnt so much when I was there. It wouldn't have been the same without the tour. The rain didn't spoil our fun at all. Dublin was bubbly and happening, and multicultural, though I preferred Gallway, which seemed nicer.

going to Ireland next August for a week fly and drive tour. I will land in Dublind and then drive toword the northern and western coast and across the country to go back to Doublin...and back home :(... wish I could have more time to stay there.
