I was born in Canada during the second world war. Grew up in Toronto and some years later moved to Vancouver. I was lucky and got a job driving tour buses all around the states and Alberta as well as learning everything that the Province of B.C. has to offer. Seen bears up close , marmits, tons of salmon at Adam Lake. Got to meet some people from all over the world. Have so many stories but time and space will not allow me to tell you everything. I am retired now and live in Richmond near the airport a stone's throw away from Vancouver. I live in the world's best place there is to live, Richmond B.C. Why is it the best place to live? Because we have no cemeteries here in Richmond, so nobody dies here. Ha ha ha we are right on the sea level. Canada has to be the best place to live, we have no enemies lots of land and about 32 million people. B.C. is larger than the state of Texas.

Canada is a large & beautiful country. Amazing tree blossoms and flowers in the spring time, hot sunny weather in the summertime, gorgeous displays of the changing color of the tree leaves in autumn, and plenty of snow in the wintertime, for going skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, tobogganing, skating, or building snowmen! From enjoying the entertainment, fine dining, and sports events in the big cities, to taking a relaxing drive through the countryside and viewing the wild life and landscape scenery...we have it all!

My family has lived in British Columbia since the late 1800s or maybe even earlier. They have over the years spread out from South in the Columbia Valley to North as far as Chetwynd. It is such a beautiful diverse province so I will show a little at a time. You could never see it all. I have lived in many different parts of Canada and each region has its own diversity.
