I am living in Vienna and LOVE it. Vienna perfectly combines its wonderful atmosphere of old buildings and culture with young spirit. There is so much to see and experience when you come to this city. There are not only all the tourist must-sees but also some many places you should check out which are normally only known by locals. Go there and have good times!

Salzburg has a population of around 150,000 though in summer it is usally much higher than this. It is the capital of the district of Salzburg. The river on which the city stands is the River Salzach. The Old Town stands on the left bank of the river though of course it has now spread over to the other side of the river.

The main attractions are: cathedral, the fortress, and the birthplace of Mozart. The city plays hosts the annual Mozart Festival every January and also there is the annual Salzburg Festival held in July and August.

It is the gateway for some spectacular scenery for the mountains with some spectacular walks.

One of the best scenic beaches. Try to visit in summer. It is amazing. Very friendly and well cultured people. Very polite, especially to ladies. Mix of natural as well as artificial sites. Has world's one of the largest natural ice cave.

I visited some places in Austria like Vienna and found it a nice place, with loving people, nice fruits etc and lovely places to visit. Quiet a clean and lovely place I found in my trip.

Innsbruck has it's own appeal, the city center is historic but not as pretty as Salzburg, the river is nice and has multi coloured houses running along it, a Kodak moment, of course if you are in Austria it is worth a visit.
