taekwondo is my most favourite martial art.......then, any martial arts that have more movement on kicking!! Since i was 10yrs old, i started to learn "pencak silat", malay traditional martial art untill 10 years later. when i was in college, i started to learn karate but only on "kata"........then i learn Taekwondo since then till finish 1st-Dan......then i'll stop training formally but more on self training........I start active to play badminton since year 2000 till now.......BUT the tarining intensity & frequency getti slow due to age & high BP factors.

Jiu Jitsu is a must for anyone interested in martial arts of any type. There are many other arts that are worth learning, but any martial art can be seriously supplemented with even basic knowledge in Jiu Jitsu. The other two arts that I can recommend are Muay Thai, and Ninjutsu- or the martial art of the Ninja. Ninjutsu is also a very good way to supplement your jiu jitsu skills, as ninjutsu also includes a lot of joint locks, as well as toe locks and finger locks that have been banned for use in mixed martial arts competitions.

I don't have types. I like just martial art. I learned Shotokan Fudokan. But I love Aikido. It is a way of living... Healthy.

wow! I've seen on youtube wing tsun. It is a lot of action with hands! Cool. We don't have a sensei specialised in wing tsun. I would love!
