You can't just eat what you want..think about your family..animals also have families..they have feelings..love...pain..happiness...we should treat all the animals as our families..will you eat your brothers and sisters?;)

We need to rethink our lifestyle. We have to rethink the whole planet species and survival, not just for our enjoyment day to day or momentarily. We have to think very unselfishly just to be vegan is very simple: that saves all the lives on the planet – save the animals, save the environment and save the world for our children’s future.

I used to be a strict vegetarian. The best way to get started, in my opinion, is to copy the diet of a vegetarian culture. Too many people simple cut the meat out of their current diet and replace it with cheap carbohydrates. That is NOT the way to go.
if i can convince one person to be vegan...then i'll be very happy and satisfied...just one..then i can save thousands even millions animals life...for one person's lifetime how many meats he'll eat? even i can save a little fish's life...that is God's grace....
If you follow a full vegetarian diet, i.e no meat, no eggs, no dairy & ensure you are eating a full ranges of vitamins, minerals & protein you will have more energy, less health issues and maintain a healthy weight. So pack in the vegies, fruit, nuts, seeds & whole grains to your hearts content.
It is said that what you eat that makes your thought & speech.some society people like to eat flesh when animal cut very cruelty.Meat digest in 18 to 20hrs & veg food digest in 6 to8hrs.MEAT is harmful to health.It's my advoice to all human be vegetarian.
