Zumba works great for me: I love dancing and hate boring repetitions at the gym. So, while having fun, I take care of my heart and... shape. Highly recommended for people who find it boring to do sports...
Zumba is addictive,once you get started you feel a void whenever you don't do it
for a couple days,I have to take breaks because of my knees,you have to take care
not to overdo it if you have knee problems.
I have no other tip on this than that after a session you´ll be in a very good mood...just wanted to do Zumba haven´t actually tried it yet myself,have just seen it on the telly and I´d like to do it some day in the future. ;)
