what the best horror movie was ever maide

James Howlett from Tijuana, Mexico James
It would depend on what Horror you’re into; for example, of you want a pure horror flick, you would watch something like the Exorcist, but if you want a horror comedy, Shaun of the Dead is a great choice.. of course, all the classic black & white movies, any Asian movie and films like Paranormal Activity are great for setting a nice, creepy mood

What do you think about horror movies but with elements of humor? So, the all zombies series, 'Evid Dead', 'Braindead' etc?

Azz McMahon from Wagga Wagga, Australia Azz
I don't mind them - but it's difficult to get the balance right - if it's too comic, then the whole film feels irrelevant - something which Doghouse didn't quite get right. Of course, farcical films like Lesbian Vampire Killers also has it's place. Apart from Braindead and the Evil Dead films (good call on those classics), I like An American Werewolf in London, A Nightmare on Elm Street 3 (where Freddy starts being humourous - but the balance was right and they didn't rely on his one liners to carry the plot), and Frostbiten has it's moments - though admittedly, it could have been tightened up a bit script wise.

horror movies are interesting due the special effects being put inn the movie

Azz McMahon from Wagga Wagga, Australia Azz
If the story doesn't engage, then you have to rely on the effects (and too many modern films do that). Editing is essential to the bigger films, but there's a certain charm to the independant films as well - for me, the story is the most important factor - though I certainly appreciate an effect when done well. In truth, I prefer the old school effects and makeup - the computer stuff just doesn't do it for me - especially blood effects.

Horror Movie a lot that is not absurd, good enough to scare the kids who are growing fantasies, if not fenced in with a belief that true religion would make people become misplaced in his faith

Wakay Tiamson from Bocaue, Philippines Wakay
none. in our belief , souls of children will not grow. when on e dies as a child, he/she remains a child. same with the adults. that is based on our belief. in our religion. that is why there should be no disagreements when it comes to religion. respect for one another is needed in religion.

which is most horrorfull movie that you can not watch alone!

James Howlett from Tijuana, Mexico James
My choice is actually a segment from a movie... its from Creepshow (1982), and its that story where Steven King finds that meteor and starts sprouting plants all over his body... still creeps the heck out of me
