Family time is very important. Children need to see their parents, laugh together,play together, eat together, communicate together without this time then what is the point of having children? Then lets not forget our partners either they also need time between ourselves.

Sometimes with our crazy schedules or how tired we are, that of both the parents & the kids, we seem unable to have a balance in terms of school, work & activities. io think it's very important to create a family night. It is something the present worlds lacks. All are so busy mainly with their Job and favorite TV shows. Hardly get any time to be with kids. Kids are so busy with chatting with their friends on mobile or internet. Ask a kid about family time.....Oh yah...we together went for dinner and had a great time! Think about a family with Parents, Grand parents, Uncles, aunties, all the kids......the love and care among them and being united. Now nuclear familes........no one has time(24 hours not enough) and ultimately cerating selfish individuals.

It is too difficult to adjust time for the family.Best approach is to make them involved in some of our activities or the vice versa.

Eat together, always make one maybe two days each week a time where you eat around a table together, that way you can catch up with everything that has happened within the family. Leave the TV off and have a conversation. Tou can love your family but still not know them. No matter how busy you are make time to talk, and when they speak, always, always listen!
