I joined a cardio boot camp 190 days ago, and it is the best thing I've done in my life. I've lost 14 lbs., but more importantly, I've lost 5 in. off waist and stomach, and gained about 2 in. thru my upper body. I'm loving it.

I am now up to 15 straight months of cardio boot camp and also to Infrared hot yoga at least once a week, plus TRX training. I'm hopelessly addicted!

I joined a cardio boot camp on Jan 31 this year. I have lost just 14 lb. but more importantly, lost 5 in. off my middle, gained 2 in. in my upper body, and most importantly, went off blood pressure medication I have been on for 8 yrs. I am 62, 18 months out of open heart surgery, and am in the best shape in the last 40 yr. DO IT, your body will love you for it.

slow jogging 1000 mts, take only 4 exercise 20 seconds execution with moderate intensity 15 seconds rest ,2sets will keep you fit...all the best...
