when you are in the bed for sleeping,lay down straight ,don't think anything,relax your muscle,specialy in the face. And your tongue keep relaxe.means don't touch your teeth.also beter wash your feet.l hope you can sleep well.........
Its been a year since I went back to my own country alone and without my famly..ever since I cant sleep...tried watching telly..exercise ,shower before going to bed, drinking..but still cant sleep well...........
