if you're new at public speaking, you have to first practice in front of the mirror until you become comfortable with yourself because if you face the public without practicing, your fear might overcome you and you might shut down in front of people. Also try to practice using a working microphone so that you can hear your own voice and feel comfortable listening to it. be aware that your voice should be loud enough for the audience to hear what you are saying but not too loud because it may sound annoying. It could also help if you practice speaking using your diaphragm because your voice will sound much better and well modulated.

Speak on things that you know...things that are personal to you. The power of personal knowledge will make your presentation powerful...as well, you will not have to rely on your notes as much. One thing that is a big distraction for your audience is to "watch you read your notes".

I STARTED SPEAKING IN PUBLIC FROM THE RECENT PAST ON HEALTH & WELLNESS, WEIGHT MANAGMENT, BECAUSE I INITIALLY BECAME HEALTHY AND THAT I STARTED SHARING EVENTUALLY I FOUND THAT I WAS SPEAKING WELL AND THE PEOPLE LISTENING WERE ABLE TO GET THE MESSAGE OF MY TALK. THE MORAL IS WE DONT HAVE TO BE A BORN OR PRACTICE SPEAKER. IT IS THE LIVE SHARING WE DO I.E OUR PERSONAL EXPERIENCE SHARING WILL BECOME GOOD SPEAKING..
