to train well ,once a week, you should run as fastest as possible about about 5oo meters ,than stop wait 2 minutes and start again.all in all 10 times .this for 1 month in the beginning season ........

The first thing to keep in mind when deciding run, is running for pleasure. For those who are starting and enjoys running in groups, depending on financial conditions, I recommend looking for a sport that acessoria one pleases, knowing someone who already practice race details.It is highly recommended to perform routine examinations to see if everything is in order, and have a nutritional monitoring to complement the race, it is important to do weight training with professionals who pass certain exercises focused on the race, but working the body whole. Strength training helps a lot to prevent injuries, and improve the actual race itself,but make it clear that weight training will not make a person regardless of sex, an elite runner to become an elite runner there are many other factors involved that I did not even have time here to talk about all of them.

Currently I'm 65kg, have run several tests of 21km, 42km official proof, I am currently in the 10km time38minutos and I'm training hard to improve the time in all these ways, even with 34 years I have the goal of reachingthe professional elite, even without being a sports acessoria not take any supplements and have no nutritional monitoring,all in the same race, simply because I love running. Yes I take some care, for example do weight training which helps a lot, but as a hint for everyone, we should never force training, training is training, the type of training they do is geared toward those who practice ultramarathon, I have a friend who trained with ultramaratonista one and he gave me many tips I have books, magazines and always seek information related to race and so will taking ...A hug to everyone
