Very important before you run, make sure you warm up.

to train well ,once a week, you should run as fastest as possible about about 5oo meters ,than stop wait 2 minutes and start again.all in all 10 times .this for 1 month in the beginning season ........

One Hour is plenty of time after 45mins your body starts to produce no-epinephrine which makes you burn energy (fat usually) long after your run has finished. 45 mins is the minimal time you should do cardio exercises like running unless you are following a training programme for a specific distance.
