Calcium is not absorbed in the body and used properly without being ingested in combination with Magnesium and Potassium ... failing to take that triad together at once will keep Calcium from reaching the bones. So read labels!

I like eggplants, you can peel skin off, then cut them in circles of 1 inch, then boiled in 1 cup of vinegar and 1 cup of water for 20 minutes or less, then drain them, and place them in a saucepan with olive oil and garlic, and ready to eat! yum!

The ideal state of nutrition health comes partly from sufficient protein in the diet to provide for the formation and repair of the body tissues. There must be also an adequate supply of minerals to reinforce the body tissue. There must be sufficient carbohydrate for energy and the right amount of fat. There also must be vitamins to keep the tissues in good condition and to enable the brain, the nerves and other vital organs to function well.

A good portion of our daily vitamins come from fruits and vegetables..And fruits and some vegetables which can eat raw is also good for female reproductivity formula..

Get yourself a steamer! Best veg, rice and meat you have tastes and very healthy! They also don't cost too much and save you time in the kitchen as you don't have to watch the food, just leave it and come back when it is done!

Fruits can be dangerous if you consume too many. They are high in sugar (fructose) and this can be damaging to the cells and set on diabetes, unfortunately. A little is certainly better then soda or colored drinks with sucrose. Best is vegetable juices and water!...
