In motorcross is important to be in good shape have strong underarms be focused and right equipment and gear to defend ourselves to wounds and damages -and thats not pending if you wanna last healthy - its a tough sport - The right helmet and appropiate boots gloves sceleton and knee and albowprotection .Pending in the size of the bike( Cubic) and the area you drive in and you can have more protection. Have a sportic ride friends Its heartbeatng fun :-)
