While champayne may have a lock on the name, there are many other areas that produce top quality sparkling wines. In English they are called saprkling wines, in France Vins Mousseaux. Cocktails using sparkling wines as a base are as old as the beverage itself.

Are you aware that red wine can stain the teeth. It is wise to sip water after your red wine tasting or clean thoroughly the teeth to keep your beautiful smile

sorry this isn't really a tip, but if given the chance try this sparking wine (Prosecco) Filipetti - you won't be disappointed.

Hi all, I recommend that they taste Spanish wines, if you like the red wines the best names are those of la Rioja and Ribera del Duero are in Spanish markup from 4 € to what you you spend here in Spain this type of wine goes with manchego cheese or any cheese great tasting or a good Spanish hamItalian prosciutto not the same meat the difference that the Spanish has a minimum 12 months curing and the animal feeds on Acorn with which the flavor and the texture of the meat increases considerably or if on the contrary what they like is the white wine the most prominent in the country are the Galician wine Albariño or ribeiro and also also have wheel white wines of great value.
A greeting

I been before in a winery where i had the experience of making my own wine. Meaning that i had to go pick the fresh grapes and then step into them with my bare feet to make them juicy and then they process it into a machine where it may take few hours to be completed...amazing experience that was.
