Nothing else just try to walk for exercise. Look at the cloud, listen to my ipod or the wind and sound of nature. Depends each day different. sometimes walk at night a great experience also. But do enjoy or my son and i will just go and talk while we walk.

make sure that you WARM UP your body with little exercises before you start walking..........................this is very important. a 15min walk helps you to be fit, 30min walk helps your cardiovascular strength. -----------have a healthy life., be fit and keep others fit
