plus lots of good water especially in the morning when you wake drink at least few glasses water slowly 1 hour before breakfast and throughout the day too

I eat vegetables, fruits, groats, some bread sometimes except white (white is not good for health and for teeth), some seafood, some cheese and pot cheese- no milk- this is not healthy food for adults. I do not eat red meat. I think we all has to stop this cruelty and become more vegetarians- more peaceful way for us and more healthy for us, because in meat included a lot of toxic elements.
