Budism is not a subject to discuss...but to feel...words are too poor to describe feelings...so, begin to speak to yourself...hear the soud of your body and of your heart...so, you are in the right way...do that...
I believe and try to practice three main sections in Buddhism which are
1. Wisdom: Right View and Right Intention are the wisdom path. The right view is perceiving the true nature of ourselves and the world around us.
2.Ethical Conduct: Right Speech, Right Action and Right Livelihood are the ethical conduct path. This calls us to take care in our speech, our actions, and our daily lives to do no harm to others and to cultivate wholesomeness in ourselves.
3. Mental Discipline: Through Right Effort, Right Mindfulness, and Right Concentration we develop the mental discipline to cut through delusion.
Buddhism is Path to attain freedom from worldly matter it is path to enlightment, if someone want to achieve, which mean one has to die during living and that is called die to live, means to have enlightment you got to go thru many layers of world... It cannot be described.......Like has Buddha said everybody has his own truth and wisdom which cannot be described one him self does practice......that you have to learn from living master.
