I'm going to do surfing soon. Am wearing contact lense, and wearing glasses is not a good idea. Any advice? Thanks!

I have been surfing for 7 years and have always worn contact lenses. I wear weekly disposables but I keep them in all the time. I think out of the thousands of times I've gone surfing I've lost one contact one time. I do keep an extra contact lense just in case in my car or wherever you can keep an extra. While I surf I never open my eyes when I wipe out under water but I also don't squeeze them shut, I just try not to look underwater. I also don't rub at my eyes. Other then that, I'm pretty sure it's close to normal. :) Have fun surfing, it's my all time favorite thing to do.
