Meditation for me is like stopping the world for a moment in a spontaneous manner... communing with oneself, till i get to feel the One that beats my heart... kinda blissful I don't want to go back to the world we all perceive, hehe... i hope you guys also enjoy meditation like I do.

Anyway, body is the prerequiste of the existence.Certainly you cannot say" I am soul" if you don't have a body. So body and soul are combined.

Meditation: Is a practice of fight against your mind,which always dominate over our soul we can not realize whether am a body or soul.To get release from this clutch and get into higher trans. region,we identify our self and find the goal with the exact purpose of getting this human form.Mind is also no better,as mind is slave of our 5 sensory organ and 5 senses+4 inner faculties,altogether14 enemies we in our body.You can not control mind with kundalini yoga this a hut-yoga,better to go to any master you teach you with bhatkti yoga and have full knowledge about audible life stream,anhad nad,celestial music,The holy ghost,kalma.will get you attached to this........More will be narrated.
