Hi ,Nitin,i love climbing, and i have climbed the Mount Tai in China for four times. In my opinion, patience ,perseverance is must, and healthy and strong body state is also is important. After coming down the mountain,my legs paint for about two days, but the experience is really interesting and worthy of remembering.Do you have similar experience now, maybe you have your own feeling .

1)walking slowly on the mountain is very important, reason why, your body should attempt the altitude slowly. 2) Never take sleeping pills on the mountain 3) Drink enough water everyday while your on the mountain at least 3,4 to 5 liters every day, this will help you from dehydration.other that to take pills 4) Take diamox ant altitude pills 1 day before a climb day i mean before the starting day for your climb 5) Bring with you all the necessary climbing gear either climbing Rock or Mountain in a normal walking way. There so many tips also about the mountain sickness, signs and symptoms. also the foods.

Mounting Climbing as in technical climbing is not to be tried by reading a book or having gone out a few times with some friends. Both my twin sister and I spent years climbing with our father and Royal Robins. We started learning at 8 years of age but never were allowed to do class 5 and above till we were 15 years old. The message is that 19 years of Class 5 and above we have never been injured in a fall. We have climbed on every continent and both have over 2000 registered climbs. Safety, Safety.
